Impermanence: Sand Ritual ("the App") is developed by Quyen Ngo. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
None. The App has no account system, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and makes no network requests. Your ritual history (dates, durations, symmetry settings, optional notes, and a thumbnail of each mandala captured just before release) is stored locally on your device only, using Apple's SwiftData framework. It is never uploaded anywhere and never leaves your device.
The one-time Pro unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.
The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics, or advertising frameworks.
The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13, because it does not collect information from anyone at all.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
