Meditation Anchor ("the App") is developed by Quyen Ngo. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. The short version: Meditation Anchor does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on our servers — because there are no servers.

If you grant permission, the App writes Mindful Minutes to Apple Health after each meditation session. The App writes only — it does not read from HealthKit. You control HealthKit access through iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health, and you can revoke access at any time. HealthKit data stays on your device under Apple's control and is never sent to us.
When you purchase a Meditation Anchor subscription, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We do not see, collect, or store your payment information. Subscription entitlement is verified locally on your device using Apple's StoreKit framework.
Information about your meditation sessions — such as duration, breath count, and completed cycles — is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted anywhere.

Meditation Anchor does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information such as your name or email address.

All data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all your data at any time by deleting the App from your device. Mindful Minutes written to Apple Health are managed by you through the Apple Health app.
Meditation Anchor is suitable for all ages and contains no objectionable content. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. You can delete all data by removing the App from your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
