By downloading, installing, or using Plotleaf ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Plotleaf is an AI garden and balcony design app. You photograph your yard or balcony, paint the area you want redesigned, choose a style (such as Japanese, English cottage, Mediterranean, modern, desert, tropical, or native), and Plotleaf returns a redesigned image of that area along with a suggested plant list filtered to your climate zone. Plotleaf is designed to restyle only the area you mark and to leave your existing structures (house, fence, walls, paving) unchanged.
Redesigned images and plant recommendations are produced by an artificial-intelligence image model and a curated plant dataset. Output may contain inaccuracies, unrealistic or impractical designs, plant choices unsuited to your specific conditions, or imprecise cost figures. Plotleaf is a visualisation and inspiration tool, not an authoritative source for landscaping, horticultural, structural, or financial information.
You are solely responsible for verifying that any plant or material is suitable before you buy or plant it. Climate-zone matching is an estimate and does not account for your specific soil, drainage, sun exposure, microclimate, frost pockets, invasive-species rules, or local regulations. Some plants may be toxic to people or pets, invasive in your area, or restricted. Cost figures shown in the App are rough guides, not quotes — actual prices vary by region, nursery, size, and season. Confirm plant suitability, safety, and pricing with a local nursery or qualified professional before purchasing or planting.
Plotleaf does not provide landscaping, horticultural, structural, engineering, or financial advice. Redesigned images are concepts only and do not represent a buildable plan, an engineering assessment, or a guarantee of results. Consult qualified professionals before undertaking landscaping or construction work.
Plotleaf is free to download. Additional design credits are available through in-app purchases for credit packs as listed on the App Store. Credit packs are consumable in-app purchases — credits are deducted as you use them and do not renew automatically. There is no subscription. Pricing and pack sizes may change over time and are always displayed in the App Store at the point of purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests should be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
To protect the service from abuse, Plotleaf enforces a fair-use daily limit on the number of designs per user. If you hit the limit, the counter resets at midnight UTC. Normal use will not reach this limit.
Plotleaf requires an iPhone running a supported version of iOS, an internet connection, and permission to access the camera or photo library. Location access is optional and used only to estimate your climate zone.
You agree not to use Plotleaf to: (a) submit images that violate the privacy or rights of others; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code or model weights from the App or its backend; (c) abuse, overload, or probe the backend service; or (d) use the App in any way that violates applicable law.
All content, design, and code in Plotleaf are owned by Quyen Ngo. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App. Images you generate from your own photos for your personal use are yours to use; commercial redistribution of the App's output requires written permission.
Plotleaf is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quyen Ngo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated designs, unsuitable or harmful plant choices, inaccurate cost estimates, property damage, or costs incurred from landscaping or construction work. Design and recommendation quality depends on photo quality, lighting, framing, the area you mark, and the AI model's knowledge, and may be incorrect or incomplete.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
